Consign With Us

SUBMIT Email a photo(s) and describe the type, condition, manufacturer, original price paid and dimensions (height, depth, width, etc.) to info@tpcconsign.com.

SCHEDULE For large consignments, an appointment to view the items in place within a reasonable distance can be arranged at no charge. Simply call 760/636-0970 to schedule.

APPROVE Once submitted, items must remain on-site for 30 days. After the initial 30 days, the Seller reserves the right to cancel their listing by giving 72 hours notice provided the item has not sold. We reserve the right to end a listing at any time.

PRICE We price fairly to provide a value to both consignor and buyer. You, the Seller, will have the opportunity to approve the recommended resale price prior to your item(s) being sold.

AGREEMENT We do not have a contractual termination date. Our Agreement with you does not expire until your items have been sold or until the items are back in your possession or otherwise assigned according to your specific instructions. We do not have a timed automatic price reduction policy. However, over time we reserve the right at our discretion to lower prices to stimulate a sale.

COMMISSION PAYMENT You will receive 55% of the sale amount. Checks are mailed bi-monthly or arrangements can be made for you to pick up a check if that is your preference.

DELIVERY We offer this service via a third party local mover for a fee, which will be paid by you directly to the mover at the time of pickup or delivery. If you prefer to deliver items or pick up a purchased item, an appointment must be made in advance.
